How do I know what my detail will cost?

You can contact us for a free quote, or you can pay the starting prices and we will contact you with further questions to determine the final quote for your vehicle. If the quote is not agreeable, a full refund will be returned. There is a $25 booking fee due to the time slot filling, if not canceled 24 hours prior to appointment.

How do I reserve my appointment?

By selecting your detailing/detailing package options, you will be prompted to select a date and time for your detailing services. This date and time is confirmed once you checkout and receive a confirmation number. No Dates and Times are reserved until confirmation of purchase.

What is a 1-Step Paint Correction?

A 1-Step Paint Correction is a Cut & Polish all in 1-Step. This is meant to remove 50-70% of defects in your vehicles paint. 50-70% of all scratches and imperfections in your vehicles paint will be buffed off, as well as providing a layer of protection and hydro-phobics to your vehicle. This allows your paint to look good and stay good for longer periods of time.

Where do I drop my car off for the detail?

Once you've completed checkout, we will reach out over the phone to arrange the detail. Currently we offer two different types of arrangements, pick-up and drop-off. The pick-up arrangement will be set up for Auto Elite Detailing to come to you and pick-up the car, as well as drop it back off at your desired location. The drop-off arrangement will be set up for you to drop your vehicle off with a Auto Elite Detailing Expert. This drop-off location will be sent to you after we reach out to confirm your desired arrangement.

Why do detail prices vary?

Detail prices fluctuate based on the cleanliness level of your vehicle. The three main additional costs, but not limited to, are excessive pet hair, excessive build-up, and interior smoke smell. Each one of these different types of dirt elicit special treatments and additional time. The additional cost goes to covering the additional products used, as well as the additional time spent detailing your car.

Please refer to our Contact Us menu and fill out the e-mail contact form. Leave a good phone number for us to reach you at. We will contact you regarding your dealer detail rates, as well as with information on the contracted detail work itself.

When will I receive my refund?

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account. If you haven't received a credit for your return yet, here's what to do: Contact the bank/credit card company. It may take some time before the refund is posted to your account.

How do I cancel or reschedule my appointment?

At the time of checkout, you will be provided a phone number. Please call this number or e-mail us under the Contact Us menu to change or reschedule your detailing appointment. Failure to cancel or reschedule your appointment 24 hours prior to the booked time, will result in a $25 booking fee due to the booked timeslot being unable to be filled.
